1. Quality Assurance: At MiniToySl, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. To ensure your satisfaction, we conduct quality checks on all items before shipping. As part of our customer satisfaction policy, you may request photos or videos of the products before they are sent to your doorstep.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders cannot be returned due to change of mind. If you wish to return a COD order, please inform us before handing over the package to the courier or speed post. If not you have to pay the Delivery and Packing fee. Returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged or defective.
3. Warranty Disclaimer: Please note that no warranty is applicable to any items sold in the store. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not guarantee that the products will meet any specific expectations beyond what is mentioned on the website.
4. Replacement Policy: In the event that a product arrives with missing or damaged parts due to handling by Minitoysl hand, we will gladly replace the item. However, if any damage occurs after the package is received by the customer, the customer must contact us immediately to initiate a return or replacement.
5. Age Recommendations and Parental Supervision: Our products are ideally suitable for age 6 and above. If you are under this age, please use our products under parental supervision. We are not responsible for any incidents resulting from improper use or handling of our toys.
6. Pick Up Orders: For pick-up orders, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance to ensure that your order is ready for collection. Failure to notify us may result in delays in processing your order.
7. Custom Requests: Custom requests are welcome, but they may require additional charges. You will be informed of the additional cost (usually 30% of the order value) once the custom order is ready. The remaining payment, including shipping fees, must be made before the order is shipped. Advance payments made for custom orders are non-refundable.
